In doing so, Anda Consulting International employs five key sub-services:
- Strategic Development Planning: Defines and guides long-term growth and development across cities, towns, rural, and peri-urban regions, informed by demographic studies, land-use analysis, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure alignment with relevant policy objectives.
- Conduct Studies: Lead and/or collaborate on critical programme-based studies necessary for the entire development.
- Development Collaborations: Identifies and facilitates development cooperation between independent organisations based on their interests and specialities for services such as land-use management and zoning, environmental planning and sustainability, and infrastructure and services planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation: Undertake multi-project-specific stakeholder analysis and meaningful engagement with government, communities, and private-sector actors.
- Programme Management and Support: Manage the implementation of plans and coordinate across disciplines through risk management, performance and documentation support.
